Neil Venard, M.D. is board-certified to practice adult psychiatry and child psychiatry. Dr. Venard is licensed to serve residents of Colorado, Indiana, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, Washington, West Virginia and Wisconsin. He takes a prudent and conservative approach to care and treatment that focuses on a practical use of psychiatric medication in that strongly takes into account patients’ feedback.
Dr. Venard’s passion for mental health care began while he was studying psychology in college where he became concerned about medications being overused in child and adolescent populations. At that point, he decided to change his career course by doing to medical school to pursue psychiatry instead of pursuing a graduate degree in psychology. He is a member of the American Medical Association as well as a graduate student from the University of Oklahoma.

Neil Venard requires no less than twenty-four (24) hours advance notice of a canceled appointment.Clients canceling appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice, will be billed the full charge for the visit as a No Show Fee.  This fee will be billed automatically to the client’s credit card at the time of the cancellation.

Credits for No Show Fee: After having been billed a No Show Fee, all first time clients have the option to reschedule and receive full credit.  Upon rescheduling and participating in an initial session within 21 days of the canceled session, the client’s account will be credited with the full No Show fee, and this credit can be applied to future sessions.
