In her practice, Dr. Shah provides compassionate and empathetic patient-centered care that focuses on actively collaborating with her patients to better understand their needs.

Dr. Shah first became interested in behavioral health care during her time in Saint George’s University School of Medicine when she realized how one’s mental health can impact their physical and general well-being. After graduating from fellowship, she has worked as a mental health professional for the past three years with the Monmouth Medical Center Pollak Mental Health Services and the Center for Family Guidance, PC. Dr. Shah enjoys providing continuity of care to her patients while using a comprehensive, full-systems approach to treatment.

On a more personal note, Dr. Shah is a Disney enthusiast! Despite her many international travels to Kashmir, Spain, and the Caribbean, her first love will always be Disney World. Apart from spending time at the happiest place on earth, she enjoys baking and cooking to relax. She values personal integrity, perseverance and responsibility. Dr. Shah strives to embody these values in her personal and professional life.
