Thank you for your interest. I utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions to help consumers achieve life satisfaction. These techniques include: cognitive behavioral, narrative therapy, mindfulness, self-compassion, contextual family therapy and a psychodynamic approach. My goal is to provide emotional support and work collaboratively with consumers. I have attained over 30 hours of specialized training provided by Postpartum International, Postpartum Stress Center & Gundersen Health System Bereavement Services.
- I have worked for over 15 years in the social work field. My experience has included working in the following settings: children's inpatient unit, adolescent intensive outpatient unit, family crisis intervention unit, outpatient & private practice.
