My Philosophy of Healing

More than a Diagnosis: I am a person who has always felt that people are not just 'diagnoses'. Those categories hinder what any mental health professionals true job is--which is to use everything they have to help the person decrease their suffering and above all help them reach every goal and aspiration that might feel out of reach. Because they are not out of reach--it just seems that way.

True Empathetic Presence: Empathy, true empathy, begins any journey we take together. In my opinion, there is no substitute for the true and complete focus I hope to give to you, helping to recharge when feeling down, or contain when anxiety becomes overwhelming .

Treatments Guided By A Focus Of My Energy On YOU: When the psychiatrist directs their complete energy towards the person in front of them, the specific tools that are needed to heal suffering become quickly apparent.
If it is medications being used, onto e is then able to truly tailor the medications to your needs and to ONLY using those medications when necessary. When it is psychotherapy, the empathetic focus allows me to tailor the tools I have spent the years studying to help you maximize your potential and help bring you to the place you want to be.
